BE IT RESOLVED THAT this meeting is opened at 7:00 p.m on Monday, September 28, 2026, as a Public Meeting of the Town of Gore Bay, pursuant to the requirements of Section 34 of the Planning Act for purposes of providing information to the public and to allow for public representations on an application proposing to a Zoning By-law Amendment, notice of which has been duly administered according to the requirements of Ontario Regulation 545/06.
