BE IT RESOLVED THAT this meeting be opened at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15th, 2024 as a Public Meeting of the Town of Gore Bay, pursuant to the requirements of Section 34 of the Planning Act for purposes of providing information to the public and to allow for public representations on an application proposing to amend Zoning By-law No. 2022-24, notice of which has been duly administered according to the requirements of Ontario Reg. 545/06.
