WHEREAS Gore Bay Council had entered into negotiations with Harry Schlange to fill the Town Manager vacant position; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Gore Bay Council enter into a contract agreement for a term of 3 1/2 years, ending April 1, 2027, and as outlined in closed session discussions.
