THAT Council direct staff to advise seasonal boaters that if the marina is closed during the summer season due to government closures, we will consider a refund based on the time the marina is open and closed for the season.

WHEREAS the Airport Project Partners Committee met on Friday, April 16th, 2021, and made the following recommendation: THAT Exp be rewarded the contract for Consulting Services for $9,800 plus HST to write Request for Proposals for Engineering Services and Project Management. FURTHER, the Airport Partners be allowed to reward any further contracts without approval from Gore Bay Council. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT Gore Bay Council approves the recommendation.
