BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Committee of the Whole recommends to Council that Council passes a by-law eliminating municipal tax rate reductions for vacant and excess land subclasses; AND THAT the Committee of the Whole recommends to Council that Council direct staff to reflect a commercial and industrial municipal tax ratio of 0.95 in the 2026 tax rates through the annual Tax Rate By-Law.
