BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Committee of the Whole recommends to Council: THAT Council approves the creation of a 1% contribution to Capital reserves be established to address the infrastructure gap.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Committee of the Whole recommends to Council: THAT Council adopts the 2025 Budget as presented; AND FURTHER THAT Council establishes the 2025 Budget Levy at $1,486,832 being a 3.49 percent increase in the municipal mill rate over 2024.
